Message from the Athletic Director:
All-Sport Passes
We are offering an All-Sport Pass for anyone who plans to go to support multiple teams throughout the year. It is available on GoFan.co for $100 for 1 or $180 for a pair.
Students can fill out this Google Form to be sent a link for $40 Student All-Sport Pass.
Varsity Jackets
For anyone interested in buying a Varsity Letterman Jacket, they can be purchased through Neff's Website. They usually take 6-8 weeks to arrive.
Winter Sports
Our Winter sports (Boys & Girls Soccer, Boys & Girls Basketball, and Wrestling (which includes a Girls Division for the first time ever) will be starting over the next several weeks.
**If a student is currently participating in a Fall sport and would like to also play a Winter sport, the student will need to communicate with both coaches to discuss when they will be able to start the second sport.
Spring Sports Conditioning
A few of our Spring sports have started conditioning. I will provide updates for the sports not listed below as more information becomes available.
Athletic Packet
Before students can participate in a sport, even off-season workouts, they must have received a clearance email from me. It will be sent to their school email account.
Students will be cleared once they have submitted an Athletic Packet, the receipt for $10 Tryout Fee from SchoolCashOnline.com, and certificates of completion for the three courses below from NFHSLearn.com:
1. Concussion in Sports
2. Sudden Cardiac Arrest
3. Heat Illness Prevention
The Certificates can be printed and brought in or downloaded and emailed to me at [email protected]palmbeachschools.org.
Also, any student who has not previously played a sport at Wellington High School must bring in their Original Birth Certificate to be verified and a copy of the Birth Certificate for us to keep for in our records.
Students must maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA by the start of a semester and have no financial obligations to be eligible to participate that semester
Athletic Paperwork can only be submitted by students to the Athletic Office in the gym during their lunch.
